2505759The successful candidate will support all Engineering divisions and operating locations by providing capital projects and financial support, fielding questions, and resolving challenges. Experience in Oracle Cloud is preferred.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Set up projects in Oracle Cloud PPM to include creating new projects, utilizing templates, identifying project manager and reviewing tasks needed for project completion.
• Track project execution by maintaining comprehensive records, including budgets, dates, asset categories and overseeing all correspondence related to project completion.
• Communicate closely with our purchasing coordinator for the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for new projects.
• Collaborate with engineering managers monthly to document project updates, status and timelines for project completion and close-out.
• Review of outstanding purchase orders
• Assisting with managing proper project closeout activities upon completion, including hypercare, lessons learned, and documentation of inefficiencies in the process and where improvements can be made.
• Assist in the fiscal month-end and quarterly month-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with Asset Management to capitalize completed projects.
• Create necessary reports for project managers.
• Provide other support to the project team as necessary.
• Process all invoices and receive items for our systems inventory, process sales orders from inventory, and do a monthly/quarterly reconciliation.
This position required the following:
• At least 2 years of project coordination or related roles within a project environment.
• Experience with managing the financial aspects of inventory.
• Basic accounting
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint.
