2501201The PMO Analyst will be responsible for providing project management support in terms of planning, organizing, and managing resources. This role involves tracking the progress of projects, managing status reports, managing metrics, and producing project documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have an understanding of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in monitoring project objectives, milestones, and performance
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, plans, and budgets
- Provide analytical support for project tasks and deliverables
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Coordinate and attend project meetings, recording minutes and tracking actions
- Ensure compliance with company project management standards and procedures
- Support the PMO in tracking the execution of strategic initiatives
- Identify and monitor project risks and issues
- Support project resource allocation and capacity planning
- Provide metrics about the portfolio
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of Project Management concepts
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Monday.com is highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to drive resolution without oversight
- The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment
