UniTech is seeking a reliable and hardworking Technical Accounts Manager to join our UniTech community. As a Technical Accounts Manager in the Sales & Marketing Department, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, market both existing/new customers and serve as the main point of contact between customers and operations. At UniTech we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships across multiple states.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic marking plans and ensure goals are met.
- Develop understanding of products and service offerings to better provide customers with needed information.
- Communicate with sales teams regularly and identify sales/renewal opportunities.
- Analyze needs and prepare service and sales proposals.
- Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and business strategy.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
- Attend business trade shows nationwide.
