As a Sales Manager for UniFirst First Aid + Safety, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional first aid and safety solutions to businesses, fostering "Customers for Life" within your designated territory. With a strong work ethic and dynamic leadership, you will build, develop, and lead a team of Professional Sales Representatives. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute an annual Sales Plan, submitting quarterly goals with monthly progress updates to the Location Manager and other designated recipients.
- Coach and manage Professional Sales Representatives to maintain contact and secure appointments with assigned accounts, taking personal responsibility for Target Accounts when no salesperson is available in a territory.
- Accompany Sales Representatives on sales calls to observe techniques, provide feedback, and develop action plans for skill improvement.
- Conduct product knowledge and selling skills training during weekly sales meetings.
- Perform formal weekly evaluations of each Sales Representative’s performance, assisting in developing strategies to achieve sales goals when necessary.
- Achieve the location’s new account sales quota.
- Maintain budgeted staffing levels.
- Support other Sales Managers or Location Department Managers with sales-related tasks as needed.
- The First Aid Sales Manager will supervise PSPs (Professional Service Providers) at location 422 (DFW).
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by the Manager or Supervisor
What we’re looking for:
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 3+ years of successful business-to-business new account sales experience, with an additional 2 years in sales management preferred.
- Valid non-commercial driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Individuals using personal vehicles for business purposes must comply with UniFirst’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) for managing reports, documents, and communications
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
