As a First Aid Sales Trainer Supervisor, you will be leading training programs, supervise Sales Trainers, and contribute to project focused on skill development, employee growth, and sales performance improvement. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training.

What you’ll be doing:
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs, including New Hire, Sales Manager, Product, and Sales Skills Development.
- Supervise and mentor Sales Trainers. Support their development in positioning First Aid and Safety solutions as essential for workplace compliance and employee well-being.
- Collaborate with Sales Trainers to create training itineraries, schedule sessions, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Partner with the Corporate Trainer on key projects and initiatives within the First Aid division.
- Evaluate training effectiveness though sales performance, customer retention, and compliance metrics; adjust content based on feedback and industry trends.
- Monitor and update training department on OneDrive/SharePoint Library content; provide technical support for iPad, Outlook, SharePoint, and Dynamics issues reported by Sales force.
- Analyze and refine sales strategies, goals, and outcomes. Leverage the POS system to align with corporate objectives and streamline processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations for First Aid division teams and locations; identify areas of success and improvement in partnership with management.
- Incorporate internal and external resources to enhance training on First Aid, safety, CPR/AED, Fire, and AED solutions.
- Stay current with OSHA/ANSI regulations, emerging safety technologies, and competitive products to keep training relevant and ahead of market trends.
- Pursue continuous professional development and model effective sales and upselling techniques.
What we’re looking for:
- A high school diploma, or GED equivalent, is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 3 or more years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- 2 years of instructional sales training is preferred.
- Ability to communicate material in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to teach effectively in an adult learning environment.
- Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record are required.
- Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
- Up to 25 % of travel is required within the continental US.
