UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales Expeditor Supervisor to join our community. As a Sales Expeditor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Expediting Department in the First Aid Division, ensuring efficient and accurate communication and coordination between field representatives and office operations. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervise and support the daily activities of Sales Expeditor team members.
  • Ensure timely completion of all order processing and communication tasks.
  • Oversee daily processing of back orders and ensure invoices are printed accurately for warehouse fulfillment.
  • Respond to all emails and phone inquires from field staff regarding order status, tracking, or documentation. 
  • Work with field personnel to resolve discrepancies in open orders, RSKs, cycle count variances, and inventory reports. 
  • Identified inefficiencies or gaps in the expediting process and propose solutions to streamline workflows. 
  • Perform other duties as described by leadership. 
Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • At least 2 years of customer service, or 2 years of relevant experience, is preferred. 
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail to provide accuracy of work.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English. 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
