First Aid - S&E Supp Team Lead

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales & Equipment Support (SES) Team Lead to join our community. As a Team Partner in the Sales & Equipment Support department, you will work with the SES Supervisor and SES Coordinators to facilitate the field with technology troubleshooting, training, and invoice support and partner with other departments such as Sales, Accounting, IT, and QA. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage weekly tasks including emails, daily reports, alert monitoring, physical mail, and field projects (pricing updates, account setups).
• In the Supervisor’s absence, ensure daily tasks are completed, monitor emails and alerts, and provide support for team and technical issues.
• Process new hires and terminations in Sage 100 and Pepperi.
• Create new TM/SM/RSM/PSP/SCS/FSS routes in Sage and manage salesperson spreadsheets.
• Assist with backend technical issues in Sage.
• Support SES team with Pepperi tickets and work with Pepperi support to resolve the problem.
• Help resolve issues with failed Receipt of Goods and collaborate with the Inventory team.
• Assist with new hire training and create learning materials (SOPs) and spreadsheets for the team's day-to-day successes.
• Promote team development, growth, and change in SES by continuous knowledge advancement.
• Manage and bill new leases, and handle end-of-contract lease billing.
• Manage monthly repetitive billing for customer leases.
• Assist with projects from the field or office directed by leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Sage 100 is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, 10-key)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail to provide full accuracy.
• Motivated self-starter who is flexible.
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
